La Tania — Family Heart of the 3 Vallées

La Tania — Family Heart of the 3 Vallées

A car-free, ski-in ski-out wooden village in the forest above Courchevel — direct access to the world's largest ski domain.

About this destination

Built for the 1992 Albertville Olympics, La Tania is the quiet, family-friendly neighbour of Courchevel — a pedestrian village of chalets in the pine forest at 1400 m. The Dou des Lanches and Bouc Blanc chairs put you straight onto Les Trois Vallées, 600 km of linked pistes. Excellent ski schools, a snow-front nursery zone, and a relaxed après scene make it a favourite with families and small groups.

Best time to visit

Mid-December to mid-April; February for guaranteed snow, March for sun.

Why a private transfer

Geneva, Lyon and Chambéry are the standard arrival airports. The road to Courchevel/La Tania is winding and chained in heavy snow. We meet you with luggage, ski-bag and child-seat capacity in a Mercedes or van — fixed price.
