Val Thorens — Europe's Highest Ski Resort

Val Thorens — Europe's Highest Ski Resort

At 2300 m, the snow-sure summit of the 3 Vallées — glacier views, world-class nightlife and 99% snow-covered terrain.

About this destination

Val Thorens is the highest resort in Europe and the top of Les Trois Vallées. Most pistes sit between 1800 and 3230 m, guaranteeing snow from late November to early May. Six glaciers are visible from the runs. A pedestrian-friendly resort centre, multiple ski-in ski-out luxury and family options, and a famously lively après-ski (Folie Douce, La Caves). Voted World's Best Ski Resort multiple times at the World Ski Awards.

Best time to visit

Late November–early May; long season thanks to altitude.

Why a private transfer

Val Thorens is at the end of the longest road in the 3 Vallées, with very strict winter driving conditions. Geneva is the most common airport — chauffeur transfer with snow tyres or chains, luggage and ski-bags. Fixed price.
